Herder Winery & Vineyards

Herder Winery & Vineyards has distinguished itself as a high quality wine producer through the efforts of its management to secure contracts for small quantities of premium grapes from a variety of growers in the Similkameen Valley and Okanagan Valley appellations.

We focus on the production of limited quantity vineyard designate wines that will provide recognition for local growers. After a years growth in the vineyard and many cultural practices gone by the plants begin to flower the beginning of the new years crop. The flowers set small pea berries which grow over the course of months into clusters of grapes. Our winery conducts crush, processing and bottling on site.
