We specialize in making small-lot, cool-climate wines from the airy north.
Our growing season favours grape varieties such as Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.
We spend a lot time in the vineyard ensuring the vines produce fruit of optimal flavour and ripeness. This is what cool-climate viticulture is all about.
